Introduction

Welcome to MirrorMe ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application MirrorMe (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

Pricing and Subscription

MirrorMe is available as a freemium app with two Premium subscription plans:

• Monthly — €9.99/month: Billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Cancel anytime.
• Annual — €29.99/year: Billed once per year through the Apple App Store (approx. €2.50/month, saving ~75% vs. monthly).

Both plans include:

• Up to 100 outfit analyses per month
• Priority AI processing
• Full analysis history access
• Access to new Premium features as they are released

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All payment processing is handled securely by the Apple App Store; we do not store raw payment details.

User Account and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and these Terms
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Share account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Upload malicious content, spam, or inappropriate material
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Collect or harvest user information

Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

AI-Generated Content

MirrorMe uses artificial intelligence to generate style scores, outfit feedback, color palette analysis, and styling recommendations. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated results are for informational and entertainment purposes only
• Style scores and feedback represent AI assessments and are not professional fashion advice
• Results may not always be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

For purchase validation we may store limited transaction metadata (purchase token, product ID, transaction ID, country) strictly to confirm entitlement and prevent fraud. We do not store raw payment card data.

App Store Terms

For users who download the App through the Apple App Store, these Terms incorporate and are subject to:

• Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
• Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Apple's In-App Purchase terms

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the App
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or other issues
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

Fashion Advice Disclaimer

Style recommendations, scores, and feedback provided by MirrorMe are generated by AI and are intended as helpful suggestions only. They do not constitute professional fashion, styling, or personal advice. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and individual preferences.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Third-party content or actions

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or business reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use.

Updates and Modifications

App Updates

We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Some updates may be required for continued use.
